These terms cover the Lukis Media Website Lead Alerts text message program.
The texts are sent by Lukis Media, Lehi, Utah. Email admin@lukismedia.com with any question about the program.
Lukis Media builds and runs websites for local businesses. When someone asks for a quote on one of those websites, we send one text with the request to that business’s own staff who asked to get these alerts. Each text names the person asking, their phone number and what they need.
The program sends no marketing or promotional texts. People who fill in a quote form are never texted.
You join when your mobile number is added on the Lead alerts screen of the website’s admin page (/admin), by you or by a colleague with your permission, and the consent box is ticked. Your number then gets one welcome text. Only staff of the business that owns the website can sign in to that screen.
Message frequency varies with the number of quote requests the website gets.
Message and data rates may apply.
Stop: reply STOP to any text to cancel. You get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that.
Rejoin: reply START to get the alerts again.
Help: reply HELP to any text, or email admin@lukismedia.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
