Lukis Media is a digital marketing agency that builds websites and runs marketing for small trade and home-service businesses. This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Business contact information. We collect the names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses of businesses from publicly available sources — public directories, map listings, and the businesses’ own websites — so our team can reach out about our services.
Information you give us. When you talk with us, book an appointment, or become a client, we keep the contact details, notes, and documents involved in working together, along with billing information processed by our payment provider.
Communication records. We keep records of our calls, emails, and meetings with you — who we spoke with, when, and what was discussed — so we don’t repeat ourselves and can honor your preferences.
To introduce our services to businesses that may benefit from them, follow up on conversations and requested callbacks, schedule and confirm appointments, deliver the services our clients hire us for, send invoices, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Only the service providers that run our business — website and database hosting, email, calendaring, payment processing, and telephone services — and only as needed to provide their service to us. These providers are bound to protect the data they process. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Calls: tell any of our team members that you don’t want to be called and we add your business to our internal do-not-call list immediately — it is enforced by our systems and you will not be called again.
Email: reply to any email from us asking to stop and we stop.
Access and deletion: you can ask us what information we hold about you or your business and ask us to correct or delete it.
We keep information only as long as it’s useful for the purposes above or required by law, and we protect it with access controls, encryption in transit, and role-restricted systems. Do-not-call records are kept permanently so they keep working.
