How the quote request texts from the websites we run work, who gets them, and how to stop them. Last updated: November 2, 2026
Lukis Media builds and runs websites for local businesses. When someone asks for a quote on one of those websites, we text the request to the business’s own staff so they can call the customer back quickly. The texts come from a Lukis Media phone number, and the welcome text names the website the alerts are for.
Only staff phone numbers that the business itself adds. Each website we build has an admin page at /admin. A staff member signs in there with a one-time code sent to their email, opens the Lead alerts screen, and types in the mobile number that should get the alerts. A business adds only its own staff, and only staff who asked to get the alerts.
People who fill in a quote form are never texted. Their name and phone number go to the business so the business can call them back, and that is all. We do not buy, rent or collect phone numbers from any other source for these alerts.
The staff member who will get the texts, or a colleague with their permission, types the mobile number into the Lead alerts screen and ticks a consent box. The number cannot be saved until the box is ticked. The box reads:
The owner of this number asked for these texts. Lukis Media will text new quote requests from <website> to this number. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Terms: https://lukismedia.com/website-lead-alerts/terms Privacy: https://lukismedia.com/privacy
Ticking the box and saving the number is the opt-in. As soon as the number is saved, it gets one welcome text, for example:
Lukis Media: You will get new quote requests from serentals.co. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.
After that, the number gets one text for each new quote request sent through that website:
Lukis Media: New quote request: <name>, <phone>. <what they need>
The admin page lists every number on the alert list and whether it is active or stopped. Staff can remove a number there at any time, and a removed number gets no more texts.
Message frequency varies. You get one text per quote request, so a slow week may bring none and a busy day several. We send no marketing or promotional texts on this program.
Message and data rates may apply.
Stop: reply STOP to any alert. You get one text confirming you are unsubscribed and no more alerts after that. The admin page then shows the number as stopped. Reply START to turn alerts back on.
Help: reply HELP to any alert for help by text, or email admin@lukismedia.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The full text message terms cover joining, stopping, help and costs.
Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing. We use a staff number only to send the alerts described on this page.
